E3 - Change the hydraulic and transmission oil
Place the lift truck on level ground with the
engine stopped and telescope boom
retracted and lowered as far as possible.
Before any intervention, thoroughly clean
the area surrounding the drain plug and
the suction strainer on the hydraulic tank.
Use a clean container and funnel and clean
the underside of the oil drum before filling.
Dispose of the drain oil in an ecological
manner.
Draining the oil
- Remove the protective casing 1(E3).
- Place a container under drain plug 2 (E3)
and unscrew the plug.
- remove filling plug 3 to ensure that the oil
is drained properly.
E3A - Replacing the breather
- unscrew the breather 4 (E3) and replace
it with a new one (see: 3 - maintenance:
filters, cartridges and belts).

- Disconnect hose 5 (E3).

E3 - Sostituire olio idraulico e trasmissione
Mettere il carrello elevatore in piano, con il
motore termico spento e il braccio rientrato
e abbassato al massimo.
Prima di ogni intervento, pulire accura-
tamente intorno ai tappi di scarico e alla
succhieruola di aspirazione del serbatoio
idraulico.
Utilizzare un recipiente e un imbuto molto
pulito. Pulire inoltre la parte superiore del
bidone d’olio prima del riempimento.
Smaltire l’olio di scarico nel rispetto
dell’ambiente.
Scarico dell’olio
- Rimuovere il carter di protezione 1 (E3).
- Mettere un recipiente sotto il tappo di sca-
rico 2 (E3) e svitarlo.
- Togliere il tappo di riempimento 3 (E3) per
facilitare lo scarico.
E3A - Sostituzione dello sfiatatoio
- Svitare lo sfiatatoio 4 (E3) e sostituirlo con
uno nuovo (vedere:3 - MANUTENZIONE:
ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E CINGHIE).

E3 - Hydrauliköl und Getriebeöl wechseln
Teleskoplader auf eine waagerechte Fläche
fahren, Verbrennungsmotor abstellen und
Teleskopausleger maximal einfahren und
absenken.
Vor jedem Eingriff den Bereich um die
Auslassstopfen und den Ansaugstopfen am
Hydraulikbehälter gründlich reinigen.
Einen sehr sauberen Behälter und Trichter
benutzen. Außerdem den oberen Teil des
Ölbehälters vor dem Auffüllen reinigen.
Das Altöl unter Beachtung der Umwelt ent-
sorgen.
Öl ablassen
- Die Schutzabdeckung 1 (E3) abbauen.
- Einen Auffangbehälter unter die
Ablassschraube 2 (E3) stellen und Schraube
herausdrehen.
- Einfüllstopfen 3 (E3) entfernen, damit das
Öl korrekt ablaufen kann.
E3A - Austausch des Entlüftungsventils
- Das Entlüftungsventil 4 (E3) herausdre-
hen und gegen ein neues austauschen
(vgl.: 3 - WARTUNG: FILTERELEMENTE UND
KEILRIEMEN).
E3A - Reinigung der Ansaugfiltereinsätze
der Hydraulikanlage
1 - Saugfiltereinsatz des Hydraulikölbehälters
für hydrostatische Pumpe 6.1 (E3).
2 - Saugfiltereinsatz des Hydraulikölbehälters
für Bewegungspumpe 6.2 (E3).
3 - Saugfiltereinsatz des Hydraulikölbehälter
(nur bei Korbvorrüstung) 6.3 (E3).
- Die Leitung 5 (E3) abtrennen.
