FORCE MASTER 3

Assembly instructions

WARNING

Euro 5 vehicles:

 use the 

interfaces included in the kit to 
connect the lambda sensor.

Diagnosis connector

•  Place the Force Master 3 CDI 

under the seat 

(Fig. 1)

 and 

run the wires to the engine, 
taking care that they will not 
be damaged.

•  Identify the red diagnosis 

connector located under the 
helmet holder 

(Fig. 2 – part. 1)

.

•  Apply the connector which 

comes from the Malossi ECU 

(Fig. 3)

.

Injector

•  Disconnect the injector and 

connect it to the pair of 
connectors on the Malossi CDI 

(Fig. 4, part. 2-3)

.

Earth wire

•  Connect the black wire 

(negative pole) which comes 
from the Malossi CDI to the 
screw on the throttle body 

(Fig. 5)

.

Coil

•  Locate the coil and connect 

the cable clamps to the pink/
black cable 

(Fig. 6)

.

•  Insert the faston which comes 

from the Malossi CDI (orange 
wire) 

(Fig. 7)

.

WARNING:

 once the wire is 

connected to the electrical tap 
connector we suggest to tape the 

wire bunch, to avoid electrical tap 
vibrations damaging the wires.

Lambda

•  Locate the Lambda sensor and 

follow its cable until you reach 
its connector 

(Fig. 8, part. 4)

.

•  Disconnect the connector 

and insert, into the circuit, the 
connectors which comes from 
the Malossi CDI 

(Fig. 8)

.

•  Fix the CDI.

Control module status 

display

The ECU has a control module 
status display 

(Fig. 9)

.
