Montaggio centralina  SCOOTER (Fig. 1)

- Posizionare la centralina

Force Master 2

 nel vano sottosella (

Fig. 2

Fig. 3, part. F

).

Fig. 4, part. E

).

ATTENZIONE:

Fig. 5/6

.

-  Collegare il connettore

femmina

(G)

fornito nel kit al connettore originale

(H)

 utilizzando il raccordo

(I)

, rispettando scrupolosamente i colori dei cavi

(

Fig. 7/8

).

SCOOTER CDI assembly (Fig. 1)

- Position the

Force Master 2

CDI into the helmet holder (

Fig. 2

) and run the wires to the engine, taking care that they will not be damaged.

- Apply the splice, supplied in the Malossi kit, to the yellow wire that exits the TPS connector on the butter

fl

 y housing (

Fig. 3, part. F

).

- Connect the yellow wire which comes from the CDI to the electrical tap connector (

Fig. 4, part. E

).

WARNING:

once the faston is connected to the electrical tap connector we suggest to tape the wire bunch, to avoid electrical tap vibrations

damaging the wires.

-  Follow the wire coming out of the injector and cut it at about 3 cm from the connector, as shown in

Fig. 5/6

.

- Connect the

female

 faston

(G)

supplied into the kit to the original connector

(H)

 by using the joint

(I)

, and carefully respecting the colours of the

wires  (

Fig. 7/8

).

NB: pay attention to use the FEMALE faston!!!

-  Close the joint using a pliers, such as shown in

Fig. 9

.

Montage boîtier éléctronique SCOOTER (Fig. 1)

- Positionnez le boîtier éléctronique

Force Master 2

 dans le coffre porte-casque (

Fig. 2

Fig. 3, part. F

).

Fig. 4, part. E

).

ATTENTION:

Fig. 5/6

.

-  Connecter la cosse faston femelle

(G)
