11.FAILURES AND SOLUTIONS

H1 Fuel is Finished
Fuel in fuel tank may be low
Load the f
uel in fuel tank up to 15
cm level to cover.
The sensor that controls the
fuel may have come out of its
place
Check that the fuel sensor is in place.
Sensor which controls fuel or
electronic card may be broken
Call authorized service.
H2 Fuel is Congested
A foreign object inside the
fuel may have compressed the
shaft.
Call authorized service.
Reductor engine may have failed
Call authorized service.
H3 Boiler Sensor Fault
Heat sensor or electronic card may
have failed.
Call authorized service.
H4 Boiler is Overheated
(Electronic card sensor)
Boiler water may be missing.
Stop burning and do not flood water to boiler
until it cools down. Flood 1,5 bar water when
it drops under 50C
The circulation pump may be
congested.
Remove the back screw of the
circulation pump and remove the press
in internal rotor.
Radiator valves or installation
valve may be closed.
Open the valves.
There is air in the system. There is
no circulation.
Purge boiler's and system's air.
The circulation pump might be
broken
Call authorized service.
H5 No Burning
Fan air flap may be closed.
Open fan air flap.
The combustion chamber air vents
may be clogged.
Open the blockage by inserting a hard object
with an appropriate diameter into the air
holes.
Fuel may be moist.
Make sure you use fuel with the
specifications indicated in the
user manual.
