2. Before disassembling Armature,
remove Pin 3 not to lose it.
3. Remove Armature from Gear
housing cover with 1R045.
(1) Separate Gear housing from Gear housing cover. (Refer to
Fig. 2
)
(2) Disassemble Armature as drawn in
Fig. 7
.
(3) Remove Ball bearing 6201DDW as drawn in
Fig. 8
.

1. Separate Gear housing cover
together with Armature
from Motor housing
1. Remove Retaining ring R-32
with 1R291.
2. Turn Gear housing cover over and set it on the Turn base of Arbor press.
And then, apply 1R243 to Ball bearing 6201DDW and press it with
Arbor press to remove the bearing from Gear housing cover.

Assemble Ball bearing 6201DDW and Armature to Gear housing cover by reversing the disassembly procedure.

: Do not forget to mount Pin 3 to Gear housing cover before assembling Armature to Motor housing.
