TROUBLE AND REMEDY
ปัญหา และ วิธีการแก้ไข
Pump does not revolve.
ปั๊มน้ำไม่ทำงาน
Pumping volume is small.
ปั๊มน้ำได้ในปริมาณที่น้อย
Pump does not self-prime.
ปั๊มน้ำไม่ดูดน้ำด้วยตัวเอง
Engine does not start (Refer to instruction manual of engine)
เครื่องยนต์ไม่เดิน (ดูคู่มือการใช้งานเครื่องยนต์)
Sticking of impeller (Disassemble & clean)
ใบพัดติด (ถอดออก และ ทำความสะอาด)
Entrance of air at suction side (Check piping at suction side)
มีอากาศเข้าไปในท่อดูดน้ำ (ตรวจเช็คท่อด้านท่อดูดน้ำ )
Drop of engine output (Repair)
แรงดันของเครื่องยนต์ลดลง (ทำการซ่อมแซม)
Breakage of mechanical seal (Replace mechanical seal)
ซีลกันรั่วชำรุดเสียหาย (เปลี่ยนซีลกันรั่วใหม่)
High suction lift (Lower)
วางท่อดูดน้ำไว้สูงเกินไป (วางให้ต่ำลง)
Thin or long or kink of hose (Thicken or shorten or straighten)
ท่อน้ำหักงอ ยาว หรือ บางเกินไป (วางท่อให้ตรง เปลี่ยนท่อที่ยาวขึ้นหรือหนาขึ้น)
Leak of water from water passage (Stop leak)
มีน้ำรั่วออกจากทางน้ำ (อุดรอยรั่ว)
Clogging of foreign substance in impeller (Disassemble & clean)
มีวัตถุแปลกปลอมอุดตันหรือกีดขวางอยู่ในใบพัด (ถอดออกแล้วทำความสะอาด)
Wear of impeller (Replace impeller)
ใบพัดชำรุด (เปลี่ยนใบพัดใหม่)
Suction of air at suction side (Check piping at suction side)
มีอากาศเข้าไปในท่อดูดน้ำ (ตรวจเช็คท่อน้ำด้านท่อดูด)
Insufficient priming water inside pump casing (Prime fully)
มีน้ำสำหรับล่อน้ำในถังไม่เพียงพอ (เติมน้ำให้เต็ม)
Imperfect tightening of drain cock (Tighten the 2 plugs completely)
ขันก๊อกระบายน้ำไม่แน่น (ขันที่อุดช่องระบายน้ำให้แน่น ทั้งสองข้าง)
Imperfect revolution of engine (Repair engine)
เครื่องยนต์หมุนทำงานได้ไม่เต็มที่ (ซ่อมเครื่องยนต์)
Entrance of air from mechanical seal (Replace mechanical seal)
มีอากาศเข้าจากด้านซีลกันรั่ว (เปลี่ยนซีลกันรั่ว)
