Plug in the charger.
Check Power supply cord with an
ammeter, and if there is no electrical
continuity in it, replace it with a
new one.
When only Fuse is broken, replace
Circuit board.
Check the wire(s) with an ammeter,
and if there is no electric continuity
in them, replace the wire(s).
Connect it securely.
Remove the dust.
Replace Circuit board.
Dust on the contacts of the battery or
the charger.
Lead wire(s) in the charger are broken.
Circuit board of the charger is broken.
Connector(s) in the charger are
disconnected.
The charger is unplugged.
Power supply cord of the charger is
broken.
All charging lamps on the
charger do not light up.
When only Varistor is broken,
replace Varistor and Fuse.
Fuse and/or Varistor on Circuit board
of the charger is broken.
When both Varistor and Fuse are
broken, replace them.
Although Battery is set in place
on the charger, the charging
lamp on the charger keeps on
blinking in green.
Replace Circuit board.
Circuit board of the charger is broken.
Replace Battery.
Battery is broken.
