Circuit 58 – 62: T1 and T2 are wired to work as a pulse generator. Thus, L1 connects and disconnects to the
battery via T2 again and again. Each time L1 is magnetically charged. The induced voltage pulse is carried to
electrolytic capacitor C2 via D1. C2 thus keeps charging up. At the same time C2 discharges due to the load
at the output. Thus the balance of charge and discharge defines the resulting output voltage.
