2.8 Ventilation unit
R = Ventilation unit, right-hand version
L = Ventilation unit, left-hand version
A = Outside air: Fresh air that is drawn in from the outside.
B = Supply air: Warmed, fresh air that flows into the living area.
C = Exhaust air: Used, warm air that is extracted from the living area.
D = Outgoing air: Used and cooled air that is returned to the outside.
1. Front door with quick-release clips (1.1). Fold the front door forwards and
downwards for filter change or maintenance work.
2. Electronic slide-in module with switchable power unit. The safety circuit
breaker (2.1) switches the fans off when the front door is folded down.
3. Outside air filter (Filter class G4)
4. Supply air fan: Feeds fresh air into the living rooms.
5. Outgoing air fan: Conveys the used air to the outside.
6. Condensation tank with condensation run-off: The condensation tank
catches the condensation as it drips out of the heat exchanger and directs it
away through the run-off hose (6.1).
7. Heat exchanger: Extracts the heat from the exhaust air and transfers this
to the supply air.
8. Exhaust air filter (Filter class G4)
9. Connection leads: Mains cable 230 V~, 3-core,
Control line, 4-core
2.9 Important tips
■
Fan level 1 gives basic ventilation, with reduced air flow, (night reduction).
This guarantees a minimum ventilation of the building.
■
Fan level 2 gives normal ventilation (daytime operation).
■
Fan level 3 gives intensive ventilation with increased air flow (party
operation) => for short-term, powerful ventilation if the building.
■
Your specialist installer can set a predefined volumetric flow for each fan
level using the DIP switches at the switchable power unit. Basic settings
are shown bold.
Fan level 3 = 165 m³/h, 150 m³/h, 135 m³/h or 120 m³/h
Fan level 2 = 135 m³/h, 120 m³/h, 100 m³/h or 85 m³/h
Fan level 1 = 105 m³/h, 95 m³/h, 85 m³/h or 70 m³/h
