Manual entry of a remote service request
1 Press the MENU icon (3 blue lines) in
the upper left corner of the screen.
The menu is displayed
2 Press NEW REQUEST
Note: The NEW REQUEST page is
displayed
3 Fill in all required fields on the NEW
REQUEST page

The JOB# field is the workshop
work order (internal reference)
n
The fields YEAR, MAKER and
MODEL are mandatory. Verify
that they are accurately filled out
If necessary, fill in the Notes field as
described in par.
"Remote service
request"
4 Press SUBMIT
5 The request has been sent and the
MAHLE technician will initiate a chat
momentarily
