If no error occurs, when the command completes (data entry done, cardholder or operator cancelled, or
timeout), the device sends
Report 0x2E - Clear Text Cardholder Data Entry Response Report to the
host. If data entry is successful, the report also contains the requested data.

0x03 = Enter Birthdate (6 digits, in MM/DD/YY format)
0x04 = Enter Activation code (4 digits) (Activation Codes only)
0x05 = Enter Server/Waiter code (4 to 9 digits) (Handheld Operation Only)
0x06 = Enter Ticket Number (4 to 9 digits) (Handheld Operation Only)

Beeper Behavior (Only changes device behavior if Beeper Mode = Enabled in Command
