2. Vehicle drives on Loop B opening loop IN2 no count, gate opens.
3. Vehicle activates both loops at the same time, Gate is up.
4. Vehicle leaves opening loop B while still on loop A, Gate is up.
5. Vehicle leaves loop A, Gate closes.
