Use a calibrated visible light
meter that meets ASTM E2297
defined range for visible light
(400-760 nm).
Inconsistent light meter

distance of 15 in / 38 cm from
lamp filter to front of sensor.
Filters are dirty
Clean LED covers and filters.

Damaged UV filter(s)
Replace LED cover assembly.
