Use of nozzle

It is recommended to use the nozzles when steaming delicate fabrics, such as silk, to reduce 

the risk of water getting into the fabric when steaming. Also, the nozzles can be used to clean 

clothes from lint, wool and dust.

Always unplug the steamer before you attach or detach the brush attachment. Be careful, 

the steamer head may still be hot.

Troubleshooting

1.  Unplug the appliance.

2.  Allow the device to cool down.

3.  Always empty the water tank after use, to prevent scale build-up. Rinse the water tank to remove 

any deposits.

4.  Wipe any deposits off the steamer head with a damp cloth and a non-abrasive liquid cleaning agent.

Do not use scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agents or aggressive liquids such as alcohol, 

petrol or acetone to clean the appliance.

Don’t immerse the unit into water.

heat up

Check main plug is inserted correctly.

Check power supply.

Check power button.

Check the water level and the water tank inlet cover is properly 

covered.

Press the steam activation button harder.

Hold the steamer in an upright position.

Make sure water is not over the MAXIMUM level.

Make sure water tank inlet cover is properly closed.

Always use the steamer in an upright position as per the 

operating instructions.

Check water level; if there is no water or it is low , refill the water 

tank.

Hold the steamer in an upright position and stretch the fabric 

downward to ensure best results.

Do not directly hover the garment steamer over the metal 

accessories.

Use caution and steam around the metal accessories.

The steamer does not 

produce steam

Water spills from the 

water tank

The steamer is producing 

a loud humming or 

pumping sound

The steamer does not 

seem to be removing 

creases easily

Avoiding discolouring of 

metal accessories on the 

garment

-  The brush attachment improves steam penetration to achieve faster and better steaming result 

on thick and heavy garment such as coat and jacket. Brush is to be used together with steam by pressing 

the steam trigger and slowly moving the bristles along the garments.
