06 Card Jam. Please clear Printer mechanism 06:00

Error is shown while trying to feed a Card into the Flipper
mechanism for rotation. If the front Card Sensor is not
unblocked within 5 seconds the error is seen. By this
point the Card has already moved forwards to block the
front Card Sensor.

Error can be shown while trying to feed a Card from the
Hopper and the middle Card Sensor remains unblocked
for more than 6 seconds. Note that by this point in the
cycle the rear Sensor has already been obscured by a
Card.

Error is shown while attempting to return the Card to the
standby position (over the middle Card Sensor) from in
the rear Card Sensor. It occurs if the rear Sensor is not
unblocked within 3 seconds.
06:07
This error can occur while trying to hand-feed a Card to
the standby position (over the middle Card Sensor). If we
fail to see the mid Sensor block within 5 seconds the error
will be seen. Note, by this point a Card has already been
seen in the front Sensor (block and then unblock).

Error can be seen while trying to move a Card from the
Smart encoding position to the standby position (over the
middle Sensor). Normally occurs if the middle Sensor is
not blocked within 5 seconds. At this point the Card has
already successfully moved out of the encoder and
Flipper. At this point in the cycle the Card has been seen
by the front Sensor (suggesting that the Card is between
the front and middle Sensors).

Error is shown while trying to move the Card from over the
front Sensor to the standby position (over the middle
Sensor) if the front Sensor does not unblock within 3
seconds.
