06 Card Jam. Please clear Printer mechanism 06:22
Error is shown while feeding a Card from the Hopper into
the standby position (covering the middle Card Sensor). If
the front Sensor fails to block within 6 seconds the error is
displayed. By this point the Card has been successfully
taken from the rear Card Hopper and the Rio Pro is trying
to move it to the front Card Sensor, before returning it to
the standby position.

No Film detected. Please load a new roll of
Film to continue.

Error is displayed while initialising the Dye Film. If the Rio
Pro cannot validate the electronic RFID Tag on the Dye
Film the error is displayed. Note that this RFID validation
process is not performed when no Tag is present the
printer assumes that a roll without a Tag is monochrome
(single colour ribbon). This error is only displayed when
the Tag is detected but invalid.

Out of Dye Film. Please load a new roll of
Film to continue.

Error is shown while trying to advance the Film to the start
of the next panel. If no Tacho Sensor pulses or Dye
Sensor transitions are seen for at least 5 seconds the
error is displayed.

Error is shown while trying to advance the Dye Film by a
certain fixed offset (for example, to line up the start of the
panel with the printing position). If no Tacho Sensor
pulses or Dye Sensor transitions are seen for at least 5
seconds the error will be displayed.

Error can be shown while running a Tacho Sensor test
(via the “TAC” quick command). If no Tacho Sensor
pulses are seen for at least 4 seconds an error will be
displayed.

Error can be seen while printing a colour panel. If no
Tacho Sensor pulses or Dye Sensor transitions are seen
for at least 150 printed lines (this equates to roughly
150ms) an error will be displayed.

Error can be seen during printing of the black panel. If no
Tacho Sensor pulses or Dye Sensor transitions are seen
for at least 150 printed lines (this equates to roughly
75ms) an error will be displayed.
