New Mondo III Matrix Reporting & Configuration Commands:
$RST – Reset System, all frames (M3)
Reset (soft):
Command: $RST0

Reset & full default:

Soft-Reset:
Similar to a power-up reset. All previous settings & configuration info are retained.
Hard-Reset:
Clears all configuration parameters except system geometry and web-interface parameters.
Reset & Factory Default:
Clears all settings and configuration parameters. This will also disable your auxiliary
serial ports (COM1,2).

Read status panel, all frames:

the color and blink state:

04 = Red
08 = Blink

yellow on = 06
blinking yellow = 0E
blinking red = 0C
