4.0 - MANUAL RESET
To reset the shut-off valve:
• Close the flow downstream of the valve in order to balance the pressure between upstream and downstream when opening.
DN 20 ÷ DN 50 P.max 1 - 6 bar:
(see fig. 1 and 4)
• Unscrew the reset knob and protection (

), turn it over and tighten the threaded hole “
A
” to the reset pin (

);
• Pull the reset knob (
1
) upwards and wait a few seconds for the pressure upstream and downstream of the valve to stabilise.
Next pull the reset knob upwards (
1
) until it hooks;
• Retighten the knob (
1
) to the initial position.
DN 65 ÷ DN 150 P.max 1 bar:
(see fig. 2)
• Pull the reset knob (
1
) upwards and wait a few seconds for the pressure upstream and downstream of the valve to stabilise;
• Next pull the reset knob upwards (
1
) until it hooks;
DN 65 ÷ DN 150 P.max 6 bar:
(see fig. 3 and 5)
• Completely unscrew and remove the reset knob (
1
);
• Screw the threaded hole “
B
” of the knob (
1
) onto the threaded end of the reset pin (

);
• Press the knob (
1
) assembled with the pin (
17
) downward and screw it onto the central pin (

);
• Pull the reset knob (
1
) upwards and wait a few seconds for the pressure upstream and downstream of the valve to stabilise;
Next pull the reset knob upwards (
1
) until it hooks;
• Blocking the pin (
17
) unscrew the reset knob (
1
);
• IMPORTANT:
completely unscrew the reset pin (
17
) from the pin (
18
);
• Tighten the knob (
1
) in the original position.
NOTE (for all versions):
If during the first reset attempt the valve remains open, try to increase the calibration value of the
block pressure, tightening the OPSO adjustment screw a few turns (

), after this repeat the reset procedure.
