U-joint has an extended lubrication cross and bearing

kit. Stop greasing when greasing becomes difficult or if

u-joint stops taking grease.

Overgreasing will damage

U-joint

. 6-8 pumps are sufficient at first grease

(factory). Decrease grease interval as U-joint wears and

requires more than 6 pumps.

SICKLE HEAD

(1 PLC SINGLE KNIFE/2 PLC DOUBLE KNIFE)

To prevent binding and/or excessive wear

caused by sickle pressing on guards, do not over

grease. If more than 6 to 8 pumps of the grease

gun are required to fill the cavity, replace the seal

in the sickle head.
