7. PA/FOG/INTERCOM OPERATION

PA Hail, Fog Horn and Intercom operations are available on your

MT-700

transceiver.

For PA Hail and Fog Horn operations, you need to purchase and connect an extra PA
Speaker (30W nominal at 13.6V/4Ohm). Intercom operation needs to install the
optional

MT-RM01

Remote Microphone.

7.1 PA Hail

PA Hail operation provides a listen-back feature which allows the two-way
communication through the PA Speaker.
To enable the PA Hail operation:

Press the

key. The

PA/FOG

menu appears in the display.
