5. SETTING DECIMAL POINT POSITION
The decimal point position, 1 decimal place (‘0.0’) or no decimal point (‘0’) can be selected. The default value is 1 decimal
place.
IMPORTANT
• The decimal point position of the current, MAX and MIN values, and the display digits of the BCD output depend on the
decimal point position setting.
• The decimal point position of the input comp. A input and comp. values, input comp. B input and comp. values, bargraph
lower and upper limits, analog output 0% and 100%, alarm setpoints, deadband, and low-end cutout value do not de-
pend on the decimal point position setting.
5.1.1 OPERATING PROCEDURE
NOTE
• Procedures to change ‘0.0’ to ‘0’ are described here.
• To change ‘0’ to ‘0.0’, the procedures are same. Select
‘0.0’ in Step 5.

Confirm the wiring, and turn on the power.
• All the indications turn on for approximately 3 seconds and then
the display moves on to Measuring Mode.
NOTE
• IIndication ‘S.ERR’ may blink, which shows the input out of the meas-
uring range and does not show the unit failure.
• Indication ‘B.ERR’ may blink, which shows the input open or out of
the range and does not show the unit failure.
• The SD indicates the bank No. with the bank switching set to “ena-
bled”.

button for 3 seconds or more to move on to
Initial Setting Mode.
• The input type is indicated.
• The SD indicates ‘TCTYPE’.
NOTE
Some alarm indicators turn on with the parameter display. The alarm indication is due to the last status before mode
transition held but does not show the unit failure.
