7.2 Cockpit controls

Elevator and aileron

The elevator and aileron are controlled conventionally by the control
stick. Various stick grip options are available with integrated instrument
control buttons or just the radio transmit button (press-to-talk).

A leather boot covers the bottom of the stick. This boot must always be
in position to prevent foreign objects from entering the control circuit
below the cockpit seat pan.
