This adjustable drive pulley allows setting maximum en-
gine RPM to maintain maximum power.
Ramp cams should be adjusted so that actual maximum
engine RPM matches the maximum horsepower RPM.

Use a precision digital tachometer for engine RPM
adjustment.
There are 5 positions in which the ramp cam can be set.
Each position modifies the maximum engine RPM by
about 200 RPM.
Lower position numbers decrease engine RPM in steps
of 200 RPM and higher position numbers increase it in
steps of 200 RPM.

2. Locate the cam and the pivot screw on the drive
pulley.
