Install the power terminal protective cover. (See Figure 6-7.)

Turn the supply voltage source power supply back on and verify that the polarity
of the supply wires connected to the power filter is correct.

Switch the breaker switch on the power filter on. Observe the LEDs on the
modules in the unit to insure that it is functioning properly, and restore the
Stinger unit to service.
Power filters in chassis from late 2005 and later
Figure 6-11 illustrates a power supply from a chassis manufactured from late 2005
and later. The power filter cover on these units is retained by a single screw on the
left side. However, the power supply itself is secured to the chassis by two internal
nuts that are inaccessible without partial disassembly of the chassis.
The power filters in these chassis are not field replaceable.

Installing and replacing PCMCIA cards
PCMCIA cards for installation in standard and IP control modules must be ordered
separately. The requirements for PCMCIA card are detailed in Table 6-1.
