Restoring the Database
Use the following procedure to restore all the data in the Call Accounting System
Database from tape or diskette.
NOTE:
Before beginning the restore procedure, make sure the tape(s) or diskette(s)
are in the proper order.

Backing up the database does not save the PBX/KTS interface; therefore,
whenever you restore the database, observe the following:
a.
If you reinstall CAS and restart it, the PBX/KTS interface will be lost.
To remedy this problem, reinstall PBX/KTS form the PBX/KTS diskette
after reinstalling CAS. Use the Install PBX procedure.
b. Check the site information; do not reinstall the site if it already exists.
From the IS-II Main Menu, select
Call Accounting System (CAS)
and
press
[ENTER]
.
Select the
System Configuration Menu
and press
[ENTER]
.
Select
Diagnostics & Monitoring Menu
and press
[ENTER]
.
Select
Restore CAS Data
and press
[ENTER]
.
