Presets

Categories

give you 132 upper keyboard registrations. Categories are used in combination with the 10

Piston

buttons and feature 11 registrations per category.

Pressing any of the first four buttons creates 11 presets, consistent with each category. To display all 11 pre-
set names from any category selected on the touch screen press the

Custom 3

button, located to the left of

the lower keyboard.

Categories set up a sound on the lower keyboard, to the right of the split point, in addition to the upper key-
board sound. This sound complements the upper keyboard sound and is like having a third keyboard from
which to play.

Category Presets can be used with styles, as an alternative to style setups, or used alone without a style.
The 132

CATEGORY PRESET

sounds in the Tribute can not be changed. You will never lose them.

In some cases, the preset names displayed on the

Touch Screen

will be abbreviated.
