4. Choose a time frame to search for video, or tap Custom to configure the start time,
end time, and channels included. Tap Done to begin the search.
A list of recordings that meet the specifications of your search appears.
5. Tap any recording to preview it on your device.
18.2.4 Modify Password
Change the password used for remote access to the system. You can also revert the pass-
word to the default directly on the receiver (default password:
000000 ).
To modify your password:
1. Tap next to the system name.
2. Tap
Advanced Setting .
3. Tap Modify Password .
4. Enter the following information:
• Old: Enter the current password for the system.
• New: Enter a new password.
• Confirm: Reenter the new password.
5. Tap OK .
To revert to the default password:
1. Press , then push the joystick to select Settings .
2. Select Network .
3. Select Reset Password .
4. Select Yes .
Press to exit.
18.2.5 Setting Alert Interval
The alert interval determines the minimum amount of time between motion alerts on your
smartphone / tablet. You may want to increase the interval length to decrease the fre-
quency of alerts on your smartphone / tablet, or even turn smartphone / tablet alerts off. By
default, the alert interval is set to 3 minutes.
1. Tap next to the system name.
2. Tap Edit Device .
3. Tap Advanced .
4. Tap Alert Interval .
