12. Troubleshooting
1. Device provisioning unsuccessful
If after multiple retries provisioning fails (i.e. the device does not come
online on the EnergyLogicIQ cloud platform) try the following:
1. Check settings entered and also confirm it from your SIM service
provider.
2. Insert the SIM card into your mobile phone.
3. Check if you can access internet with this SIM card. If not contact
your network operator and get internet activated on this SIM.
4. If internet is working reprovision the device from the
EnergyLogicIQ cloud platform.
5. Check if an SMS is delivered to your device. If not check if you can
send SMS to the SIM from any other mobile. If not contact your
network operator.
6. If in step 4 you received an SMS save it on the SIM card. Remove
the SIM card and insert it back into the IoT Cloud Connector and
restart it.
7. If the device still doesn't get provisioned and subsequently online,
try to provision it via the LAN port.
8. Connect the device to an internet cable. The device by default has
DHCP enabled on it and would connect the a DHCP enabled
network automatically. Post this it will automatically get
provisioned and connect to the EnergyLogicIQ cloud platform.
9. Contact LogicLadder support If after trying all the above steps the
device doesn’t come online.
