8.4 Sensor Calibration
Program the sensors as per the generator tank height. The calibration for
the operating range is done by applying the supply voltage, -UB or +UB to
the Teach-In Input to the sensor.
The supply voltage must be applied to
the Teach-In input for at least 1s.
LEDs indicate whether the sensor has
recognized the target during the calibration procedure.
1.
Mount the sensor on the tank and ensure the fuel level is at
minimum level in tank.
2.
Power ON the sensor by supply power on connecting positive
terminal +UB and negative -UB.
3.
Calibrate by applying -UB to the Teach-In input,White wire (yellow
LED flashes)
4.
Disconnect the Teach-In input from -UB to save the minimum
level calibration
