Deleting the VCR programming:
1. Select the programming to be deleted
with the blue button ▼ .
2. Press the

button, the program
name and program number flash.
3. Press the
–
button, the timer data
are deleted.

Operating the video recorder
Loewe video recorders connected to the EURO AV socket 1 or 2 can be operated with the
TV remote control. Use the coloured buttons and the row of buttons underneath them with
the user menu ‘Video recording/Play’ set. You can select any video recorder and operate
the most important functions. The following functions are possible: Switch video recorder
on/off (On/Off), Record or Play, FF (>>) or Rewind (<<), Stop, Pause and AUX.
In this way you can control copying from the recorder at socket 1 to the recorder at
socket 2 for example (see also the information on the copying path on the next page).

Select „Video“
Select „Record/playback“
Set recorder to AV 1 or AV 2
The timer data are deleted automatically if
the timer time has already expired.
1. Call the menu by pressing the
MEN
button.
2. Select „Video“ with the blue button
▼ .
3. The „Record/playback“ line must be
marked in yellow, mark it with the yellow
button if necessary.
4. Press the
MEN
button, the menu
appears.
Select the EURO-AV socket and thus the
video recorder which you want to control,
with the blue buttons
▼ ▲ .
If you switch the recorder at AV 1 for
example to play with the
button and
the recorder at AV 2 to record with the
button, you will copy from AV 1 to AV 2.
Exit the menu by pressing the
TV
button.
Note:
If you have a Loewe VCR, set the ”Remote”
switch, if available, to TV to enable the VCR
to be controlled with the TV remote control.
Set the video recorder to AV mode (AUX).
You can now control the video recorder
with the coloured buttons and the buttons
below them.
Please note: The buttons should only be
pressed briefly.
You can use the TV as a monitor during
copying or you can watch a TV program.
