AL37 – BAR POSITION CONTROL ISSUE!
Description:
Occurs if the opening of the gripper is performed during control of the bar.
Solutions :
Close the lathe
’s jaws and restart the production cycle.
AL38 -
Not used.
AL39 – FRONT REST ISSUE!
Description
Occurs if the front rest is blocked during its opening or closing.
Solutions
Check for bar diameter which must correspond to the front rest.
Check that nothing blocks the operation of the front rest.
Check the sensors SQ13 and SQ14 and replace if necessary.
Check the front rest motor.
Check relays KA5 and KA6.
AL40 – AUTOMATIC BAR SELECTOR ISSUE!
Description
Problem with the automatic bar selector.
Solutions
Check or replace sensor SQ20.
Check or replace motor M7.
Check or replace relay KA7.
AL41 – COMMUNICATION ERROR!
Description
TherE is a communication problem between PLC and servo amplifier.
Solutions
Check the connections between both devices.
Check the 24V power supply is stable.
AL42 – ALARM ON THE AMPLIFIER!
Description
An alarm was generated by the servo amplifier.
Solutions
Please refer to the section
“Servo amplifier alarms".
AL43 – AMPLIFIER BATTERY LOW!
Description
The voltage level of the battery located on the motor power driver is low.
Solutions
The charge level of the amplifier battery is low. Replace as soon as possible.
