AL06 - AIR PRESSURE TOO LOW!
Description
The PLC does not detect input (I23
– SP1).
The problem is generated anytime air pressure is not sufficient, below 3 bar or 45 psi, to make the air
pressure switch.
Solutions
Check the air pressure (min. 3 bar, max. 6 bar). Set up the air pressure switch SP1. Replace the air
pressure switch SP1.
AL07 – AL 10
Not used
AL11 - SETTINGS ERROR SENSOR SQ3 OR SQ4!
Description:
The SQ3 sensor and/or SQ4 is poorly adjusted or defective.
Solutions:
Check the setting sensors SQ3 and SQ4 or replace the faulty sensor.
AL12 - PROBLEM DURING BLOCK CLOSING!
Description
This alarm is activated when the PLC receives no signal (I1 - SQ3). The problem appears if the SQ3
sensor is defective or poorly adjusted, or if the locking mechanism has a fault.
Solutions
Check or replace the sensor SQ3, check the operation of the closing and locking mechanism.
AL13 - PROBLEM WHEN SHELLS OPENS!
Description
This alarm is activated when the PLC receives no signal (I1 - SQ3).
The problem appears if the SQ3 sensor is defective or poorly adjusted, or if the locking mechanism has a
fault.
Solutions
Check or replace the sensor SQ3, check the operation of the closing and locking mechanism.
AL14 - PROBLEM BEFORE SHELLS OPENING!
