Remove the Tube Connector Pin by pressing on the button and pulling up on the
pin. This will disconnect the Vacuum Tube, the Vacuum Tube End Cap and the
Rotary Actuator.

Pull the Rotary Actuator back while pushing the Vacuum Tube forward. The
shaft of the Rotary Actuator should retract from the Vacuum Tube End Cap.
Rotate the Rotary Actuator out of the way of the back of the Vacuum Tube.
Pull out the Vacuum Tube End Cap. If there is a major size change you may
need to change or adjust the shock absorber contained in this part. In most cases
the same size shock absorber can be used for all sizes.
Pull out the Blaze Air Vacuum Liner from the rear opening of the Vacuum
Tube. To reach the rear of the Vacuum Liner the operator may have to push the
Liner back from the front of the Vacuum Liner.

If needed, clean out chips and contamination on the inside of the Vacuum Tube.
With the Vacuum Liner out of the Blaze Air, move the Top Tube Assembly out
of the way of the rear of the lathe to access the spindle liner. First, loosen the
