Standard Blood Pressure Classification
The chart below is the standard blood pressure classification published by the American Heart
Association (AHA). If you have been diagnosed with high blood pressure (hypertension), the AHA
recommends keeping your blood pressure below 130/80 mmHg.

Please consult a physician if your blood pressure measurement falls outside
the suggested range of 130/80 mmHg.
