1 Front threaded rod
2 Hexagon

nut

3 Hexagon

nut

4 Hexagon

nut

5 Bearing

plate

6 Rear threaded rod



Loosen hexagon nut (2).



Turn hexagon nut (3) downwards a small amount.



Turn hexagon nut (4) upwards a small amount.



Unscrew the front threaded rod (1) from the bearing plate (5) manually.



Repeat these steps for the rear threaded rod (6).
