Function
There are two machining units installed in the brush machine The two brush
units (2) and (3) are each equipped with two brush belts that travel in
opposite directions. They are suitable for brushing laser cut sheet steel. The
brush units are installed on both top and bottom. In this way the workpieces
are processed on both sides in one work step.
In the machine, workpieces are brought under the feed roller on the
transport belt (4) and transported between the machining units.
The machining units are positioned, along with the feed roller (1), using the
sheet thickness adjustment.

To exchange the brush belts (tool change), move the upper and lower
machining units completely apart.
