3. Mounting and first operation preparation
3.1 Mounting tools with tool holder
•
Fork wrench size 13 (for saw blade exchange)
•
Fork wrench size 46 (for saw blade exchange)
3.2 Mounting
•
At the working place has to be sufficient light
•
Place the saw on a clean even ground
Danger!
*Turn the support wheels (Pos. 4) higher and remove them
•
Compensate the unevenness through lining
•
Check the stability
•
Hang up the support wheels (Pos. 4) in the holding device (Pos. 5)
3.3 Fitting of the saw blade (or control of mounting)
•
Switch off the saw and pull the mains plug
•
Crank the saw blade in the highest position (Pos. 6)
•
Engage the feed lock (Pos. 1)
•
Take off the saw protecting (Pos. 13) upwards
•
Hold the saw blade hood and screw off the screw (Pos. 14)
•
Swing the saw blade hood downwards
•
Open the flange nut (left-handed thread)
•
Take off the flange and the saw blade
•
Clean thoroughly the seat-engaging surface of the both flanges
•
Put in the new saw blade
ATTENTION! The following must be observed when fitting the saw blade.
Danger!
Check sense of rotation of the saw blade –
Saw blade turns in the clockwise direction
•
Put up the flange and tight the nut
•
Swing up the saw hood and mount the screw (Pos. 14)
Danger!
Put in the saw protection again (Pos. 13)
