b)
Loosen of the belt - screw bolt counterclockwise.
During the use of the belt, the running surface may deflect to the sides. In this case,
you must re-center it by following these steps:
1.
Place the belt on a horizontal surface and set the speed to approximately 5-6
km/h.
2.
If the treadmill swings to the right, rotate the right screw at the end of the belt a
half turn clockwise and left screw of a half turn counterclockwise.
3.
If the treadmill is deflected to the left, rotate the left screw at the end of the belt
by half a turn in the clockwise direction and the right screw half a turn
counterclockwise.
If the belt still swings to the side, repeat one of the previous steps.
9.
Lubrication of the treadmill
The underside of the treadmill, respectively the
running board under the belt requires regular
maintenance by silicone oil lubrication. Maintaining
the correct tension between the belt and the plate
greatly affects the life of the treadmill. Regular
maintenance prolongs machine life and prevents.
Proceed as follows:
1.
Turn off the main switch of the belt and slightly loosen the treadmill/running
surface.
2.
Clean the dust and dirt between the belt and the board with a clean cloth.
3.
Pour a small amount of silicone oil into the hole in the front of the belt (see
picture above). The oil is released from the tank directly between the belt and the
board.
4.
Again tight the treadmill and turn on to distibute the oil across the running
surface.
We recommended to apply the supplied lubricant after approx. 40 hours of
operation. Also we recommended to lubricate the platform according to the
following timetable:
- moderate use (less than 3 hours a week), lubricate every 5 months,
- medium (4-7 hours a week), lubricate every 2 months,
- frequent use (more than 7 hours a week), lubricate every 14 days.
Also, periodically lubricate the front and rear rollers to maintain their maximum
performance
10.
Cleaning
Before cleaning, be sure the treadmill is disconnected from the socket.
Regularly wipe dust and dirt off the surface of the treadmill with a soft, damp cloth.
