Control panel and function
1. Point the remote control at the control panel. Press the "
POWER
" button on the
remote control. The machine starts counting down for 3 seconds with an audible
signal (beep) and then starts at 1 km / h.
2. Press the
SPEED
button "+" on the remote control to set a higher speed and press
"-" to slow down. The highest speed is 9 km / h and the lowest is 0.8 km / h.
WARNING:
Overloading during training can cause serious injury or death. If you feel
sick, stop exercising immediately!
4. To turn off the treadmill, press "
POWER
" on the remote control.
Bluetooth
The Bluetooth connection is also used to play songs from the phone. You can also
connect the chest strap via Bluetooth or pair the strap with your phone, for example
via the Aisport application or another application.
