The display shows the result in your body fat percentage, BMI (Body Mass Index) and 
BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate). 

2. Press the UP or DOWN button to select the body fat value measurement program P24. 
3. Press the ENTER button to confirm and you will be returned to the input mode. 
4. When the Height indicator flashes, press the UP or DOWN button to set your height and 

  then press the ENTER button to confirm.    Default height is 170 cm. 

5. When the Weight indicator flashes, press the UP or DOWN button to set your weight and 

then press the ENTER button to confirm.    Default weight is 70 kg. 

6. When the Gender indicator flashes, press the UP or DOWN button to select Male or 

Female icon and then press the ENTER button to confirm.    Default gender is Male. 

7. When the Age indicator flashes, press the UP or DOWN button to set your age and then 

press the ENTER button to confirm.    Default age is 35 years old. 

8. Press the START/STOP button to start the body fat measurement and grip the hand pulse 

sensors. 

9. When the display shows "E", make sure that your hands are placed on the hand pulse 

sensors correctly and then press the START/STOP button again. 

10. When the measurement is finished, the display shows your body fat percentage, BMI 

and BMR, as well as suggested workout profile for your type.
