Secure both Left and Right Handrails (31L, 31R) into the top ends of both Left and Right 
Handrail Arms (36L, 36R) with four Hexagon Bolts (32), four Curve Washers (4), and four 
Hexagon Nylon Nuts (33) that were removed from Left and Right Handrails (31L, 31R).
