level. If your current heart rate is lower the target heart rate, the computer will automatically
increases the resistance level. During you exercise, when a goal is reached, that display
will flash, signaling that your workout is complete. You may press the START/STOP button
again to continue the workout with other unfinished parameters.

PROGRAM 23 (WATT PROGRAM MODE):
1. Program 23 is a speed-independent program. Press the ENTER button to set target Watts,
Time, Distance, and Calories. During exercise the resistance level can not be changed.
The resistance level is automatically increased when the speed is too low and
automatically decreased when the speed is too high.
2. Press the UP or DOWN button to select P23 and confirm with the ENTER button.
3. The Time indicator flashes. Press the UP or DOWN button to select the desired time and
then press the ENTER button to confirm.
4. Next, the Distance indicator flashes. Press the UP or DOWN button to select the desired
distance and then press the ENTER button to confirm.
5. Now the Watts indicator flashes. Press the UP or DOWN button to select the desired
target watts and then press the ENTER button to confirm. The default value is 100 watts.
6. The Calorie indicator flashes. Press the UP or DOWN button to select the desired
calorie consumption and then press the ENTER button to confirm.
7. The Pulse indicator flashes. Press the UP or DOWN button to select the desired heart
rate and then press the ENTER button to confirm.
8. Press the START/STOP button to start the workout.
Note:
In this program, the WATT value will keep constant value. It means that if you peddle
quickly, the resistance level will decrease and if you peddle slowly, the resistance level will
increase. Always try to keep you in the same watt value.

PROGRAM 24 (BODY FAT VALUE MEASUREMENT PROGRAM MODE):
1. Program 24 calculates the body fat value of the user and suggests one corresponding
degree of severity. It is divided into 3 types.
Type 1: body fat value > 27
