OPERATING THE COMPUTER
AUTO ON /OFF:
The display will turn off automatically after 4 minutes of inactivity. Press any button to turn
on the display.
BUTTON FUNCTIONS:
START/STOP
1. Quick Start function: Allows you to start the computer without selecting a program.
Manual workout only and time automatically begins to count up from zero.
2. During the exercise mode, press the START/STOP button to STOP exercising.
3. At the stop mode, press the START/STOP button to START exercising.
UP
1. Press the UP button to select the exercise program mode.
2. Press the UP button to make upward for function values adjustment on different training
program mode.
3. Press the UP button to increase the level of resistance during exercise.
DOWN
1. Press the DOWN button to select the exercise program mode.
2. Press the DOWN button to make downward for function values adjustment on different
training program mode.
3. Press the DOWN button to decrease the level of resistance during exercise.
ENTER
1. During the setting mode, press the ENTER button to accept the current data entry.
2. At the stop mode, press and hold the ENTER button for over two seconds to reset all
values to zero or default value.
3. During setting the Clock, press the ENTER button to confirm the setting hour and minute.
BODY FAT
Press the BODY FAT button to input your HEIGHT, WEIGHT, GENDER and AGE then to
measure your body fat ratio.
