QUICK DEFROST GUIDE
Use this function to defrost quickly for minced meat.
Remove the meat completely from its wrapping. Place the mince onto a microwave-safe plate. When beeps, at this point remove the mince from the microwave
oven, turn the mince over and return to the microwave oven. Press start to continue. At the end of the program remove the mince from the microwave oven,
cover with foil and allow to stand 10-20 minutes or until completely thawed.

Use this function to defrost quickly for minced meat.

mince onto a microwave-safe rack over a plate or shallow
dish. During the program the oven will beep. At this point
remove the mince from the microwave oven, remove any
defrosted mince to a plate, cover and set aside. Turn the
frozen mince over and return to the microwave oven.
Press start to continue. At the end of the program remove
the mince from the microwave oven, cover with foil and
allow to stand for 10-20 minutes or until completely
thawed.
