3. Mix this tempering with boiled chhole & potato pieces, add salt

sugar and lemon juice, mix well for preparing chat.

To make chat

: In a serving dish take some of this chhole mixture. Spread

crushed potato & Banana wafers on it, add Imli chatni and some sweet curd
to it, sprinkle red chilli powder, chat masala and salt on it, decorate with
chopped tomato, cucumber, onion & hara dhania and serve.
