Keypad Lock
allows you to lock the phone’s keypad immediately.

allows you to invoke announcements to other
numbers of the PTT group in standby mode.

lets you hear the different ringtones and sounds.

Side Volume Key
allows you to adjust the key tone volume in
standby mode or adjust the earpiece volume during a call.The
side volume key can also be used to scroll up or down to navi-
gate through the different menu options.

Headset Jack
allows you to plug in a mono headset for conve-
nient, hands-free conversations.

Battery Cover
push the back cover downward to remove it.
21.
Charger Jack
allows you to plug in your travel adapter to your
phone, first open the external charger jack cover.

1 A standby mode is whe the phone is ready for use. No menu is displayed and
the phone is not performing any action. It is starting point for all of the instruc-
tion steps, the phone is in the standby mode.

option lets you view and alter the settings of a specific function use the left and
right soft keys.
