1. Communication Settings
There are two types of communication , i.e. network communication and serial communication between
the control computer and the LED display. Select the appropriate communication type according to the
actual communication mode. The network control is recommend.
Network control mode , the factory default IP of the LED display unit is: 192.168.0.32.After the control
computer has established the network connection with the LED display unit, enter the correct IP in the
'Start IP' box. The IP in the 'End IP' box will automatically synchronize with the value in the 'Start IP' box.
And then, click the “Ping” button so that the communication results will appear in the right dialog box. If
the communication is normal, proceed with the next step.
Serial control mode , select the serial port control mode and the corresponding serial port number.
Through the serial control mode, the information like IP of the LED display unit may be obtained from the
Basic Controls page. Hardware connection: control the computer RS-232 serial port to be connected with
the special transfer board, and then connect the RJ25 serial cable to the LED control panel.
