WITH 42-, 50- AND 60-INCH CONSUMER DISPLAYS
PlasmaSync 42XC10, 50XC10 and 60XC10 Deliver Superior Image Quality,
Expanded Input and Output Controls and New Design
CHICAGO – September 5, 2007 – NEC Display Solutions of America, a leading stand-
alone provider of plasma displays, LCD desktop and commercial large-screen LCDs,
and projectors, announced today the launch of the new PlasmaSync Residential Series
plasma displays. The new models include the 42-inch 42XC10, 50-inch 50XC10 and 60-
inch 60XC10. The new series, a replacement for the highly esteemed Showcase Series,
is designed for custom installations in the home theater, media center and home
entertainment environments.
The new residential line provides advanced video quality that allows for near flawless
interpolation of moving images. Blacks appear deeper than previous generations of
plasma screens, which deliver greater detail and produce a higher contrast ratio. In
addition, a robust input panel provides HDMI with HDCP inputs, and the RS-232 input
and output control provides easy setup to control systems.
