MIDI Configurations
All Reflex parameters, presets, and reg-
isters can be accessed by any MIDI device
which can send MIDI Program Change and
Continuous Controller messages, such as a
MIDI-equipped synthesizer, master keyboard
controller, foot controller, sequencer, or the
Lexicon MRC remote control unit.
A typical MIDI setup is shown below.
Connect the MIDI output of the controller to
the MIDI input of Reflex, using a standard
MIDI cable.

Controller Quirks
Some synthesizers and controllers can-
not send the full range of MIDI program
change messages (1-128). With them, you
can't access all the registers in Reflex. Oth-
ers may appear to be able to send only 32,
but actually have a bank mode that does let
you send all 128 program change mes-
sages. Also, be aware that some MIDI de-
vices use a program numbering system that
uses 0-127 instead of 1-128. If in doubt, see
the manual for your controller.
The PARAMETER/LEARN LED will
flicker as long as MIDI Clock is being re-
ceived.
