NETWORK TYPE
NETWORK SETUP
The Network Type is set at
default.
NOTE: DO NOT change the
Network Type unless instructed
to by a Leviton technician.
The VRCPG is by default set up
with Two-Way communication.
One-Way communication is
only recommended for larger
installations of over 50 nodes,
where distances between nodes
may be over 30 feet, non-porous
building materials are used, large
areas (groups of devices) and large scenes that
need to be programmed which may create slower
network response time. One-Way communication
will remove status updates from using much needed
bandwidth allowing for faster response times when
the above conditions are present.
